These grants aim to enhance the meaningful engagement of civil society and communities in Global Fund and related national processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Initiative:<\/strong> Operating under the Community Engagement Strategic Initiative (CE SI) of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (Global Fund), the Regional Learning Hubs work to strengthen community engagement by:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Amplifying information, updates, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Brokering diverse learning platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting communities in accessing technical assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Learning Hubs contribute to two key CE SI outcomes:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Communities access timely and relevant Global Fund-related information.<\/li>\n<li>Communities drive program quality based on the adoption of global guidance and sharing of best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These grants are designed to create a catalytic effect at the country level, providing rapid support for communities and civil society to strengthen their engagement in national-level Global Fund processes and HIV, TB, and Malaria national responses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible Activities for Funding<\/strong><br \/>\nThe following activities are examples of initiatives that may be supported, but applicants are encouraged to propose their own ideas:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Community-led assessments<\/strong> to generate strategic information for HIV, TB, and Malaria responses, human rights protection, gender equality promotion, and meaningful engagement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Community-led program reviews<\/strong> to enhance service delivery based on community perspectives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Community consultations<\/strong> to inform national policies, guidelines, and plans.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Engagement planning<\/strong> to strengthen community participation in Global Fund processes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Caucusing and advocacy strategy development<\/strong> for coordinated community-led advocacy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mapping of civil society and community organizations<\/strong> to strengthen community systems and responses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refinement or validation of engagement tools<\/strong> for Global Fund-related processes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workshops to enhance knowledge<\/strong> of civil society and community groups on the Global Fund.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Face-to-face meetings<\/strong> to identify priority interventions for inclusion in national funding requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Considerations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>This funding <strong>cannot<\/strong> be used for organizational development.<\/li>\n<li>Proposals should prioritize all three diseases (HIV, TB, and Malaria) where possible.<\/li>\n<li>Activities must align with national Global Fund-related priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Advocacy activities <strong>must be directly related<\/strong> to Global Fund processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Grant Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Implementation Period:<\/strong> 3 to 4 months from contract signing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Language Requirement:<\/strong> Applications and reports must be submitted in English.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Funding Amount:<\/strong> Up to <strong>USD $6,000<\/strong> per grant (depending on proposed activities).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Country Limit:<\/strong> A maximum of <strong>one grant per country<\/strong> will be awarded for this period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants must:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Be registered as a legal entity in their country (or work with a registered fiscal host).<\/li>\n<li>Be a <strong>CBO, NGO, or other non-profit organization<\/strong> (initiative groups must have a fiscal host).<\/li>\n<li>Work with, represent, provide services for, or advocate for key populations affected by HIV, TB, and Malaria at the national level.<\/li>\n<li>Have the capacity to prepare financial and narrative reports as required by donors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Process<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Deadline:<\/strong> March 9, 2025, 23:59 Bangkok Time<br \/>\nApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and early submission is encouraged.<br \/>\n<strong>To Apply, Submit the Following Documents to English).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Incomplete applications will not be considered.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Evaluation Criteria<\/strong><br \/>\nApplications will be evaluated by a selection committee of Seven Alliance Consortium members based on the following criteria (total 100 points, minimum required 80 points):<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Problem Statement (20 points)<\/strong> \u2013 Clearly defined and relevant issue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Objectives (20 points)<\/strong> \u2013 Clear and achievable goals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planned Activities (20 points)<\/strong> \u2013 Realistic and well-structured activities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Financial and Administrative Capacity (20 points)<\/strong> \u2013 Feasible budget and organizational
