The UNVTF encourages applications from survivor-led\u00a0 organizations.\u00a0<strong>The deadline for submission is on the 16th of November 2025, 23:59 CET<\/strong>. If the registration certificate is not in English, an English translation must be provided by the applicant<\/li>\n<li>Signed audited organisational financial statements for the last fiscal year demonstrating annual income and expenditures. If the audited financial statement is not in English, an English translation must be provided by the applicant<\/li>\n<li>Kindly note all applicants must complete registration in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unpartnerportal.org\/\">UN Partner Portal<\/a>\u00a0(UNPP) and secure a valid Partner ID at the time of submission. Access detailed guide on how to register on UNPP here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/unpartnerportalcso.zendesk.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360004110374-Registration\">Registration \u2013 United Nations Partner Portal (zendesk.com)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SUBMISSION<br \/>\nApplications must be submitted by email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:unodc-victimsfund@un.org\">unodc-victimsfund@un.org<\/a>\u00a0titled \u201c<em>Application for UNVTF Grants Programme 2025<\/em>\u201d<em>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kindly\u00a0attach ALL application documents in ONE email:<\/li>\n<li>Application forms (Annex A \u2013 Project Proposal\u00a0along with workplan, and\u00a0Annex B \u2013 Project Budget) can be submitted in the following languages only:\u00a0English and Spanish.<\/li>\n<li>Applications that require UNODC to request access to documentation via password or confirmation link will not be considered.<\/li>\n<li>Applications sent by any other means (e.g., by fax or by regular mail) or to other addresses will not be considered under this Call for Proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Incomplete applications will be rejected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DEADLINE<br \/>\nThe deadline for the submission of full project proposals is\u00a0<strong>16 November 2025, 23:59 (CET)<\/strong>, as evidenced by the date of receipt of submission email. Any application submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.<br \/>\nPROVISIONAL SELECTION<br \/>\nEligible project proposals will be ranked according to the technical assessment scores awarded. A list of provisionally selected applications will be developed, taking into consideration the funding available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Shortlisted proposals that are not initially selected for funding may be retained for consideration for future funding opportunities, subject to the availability of funds, for a period of up to two years from the date of submission.<br \/>\nSUPPORT FOR APPLICANTS<br \/>\nPotential applicants are invited to submit any requests for clarification in writing to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:unodc-victimsfund@un.org\">unodc-victimsfund@un.org<\/a>\u00a0by<strong>\u00a024<\/strong><strong>\u00a0October 2025, 23:59 CET<\/strong>. These sessions will provide an opportunity for prospective applicants to ask further questions and raise any issues or concerns related to the application process.
