CHA&#8217;s primary focus revolves around fostering community engagement, promoting gender equality, addressing gender roles, and combating violence and discrimination against individuals impacted by various diseases, particularly women and children.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Eligibility Requirements for Applicants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Applicants should hold Laotian nationality, with individuals hailing from specific regions (Vieng Kham, Phonhong, and Vang Vieng in Vientiane Province) receiving special consideration.<br \/>\nCandidates with a Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent in medicine or social work will be given preference.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of one year&#8217;s experience in development work and social volunteering is required.<br \/>\nProficiency in communication, coordination, MS Office, and email usage is essential.<br \/>\nApplicants must demonstrate a willingness to travel within the city, to targeted villages, and other provinces for meetings, training, and monitoring purposes.<br \/>\nDesired qualities include a sense of responsibility, strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and a commitment to ethical conduct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udccc To Express Interest:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 If you are interested in these positions, kindly submit your application package, which should consist of an application letter, resume or CV, graduation certificate (with grades), and any relevant work certificates, if applicable.
