CHIAs is an organization committed to fostering community participation, gender equality, gender role awareness, and addressing all forms of violence and discrimination against individuals affected by diseases, with a particular focus on women and children.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udc49 Qualifications and Application Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lao nationality, and individuals from the specified areas (Vientiane, Savannakhet Province, Champasak Province) will be given special consideration.<\/li>\n<li>Strong passion for aiding and advancing development efforts.<\/li>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent in medicine or social work will receive special consideration.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 year of experience in development work and social volunteering.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in leadership, communication, and coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates with health-related experience and English language skills will be given additional preference.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power BI, and email.<\/li>\n<li>Strong teamwork skills, leadership abilities, a positive attitude, effective communication skills, commitment to work, adaptability to learning, and self-confidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udccc How to Apply:<\/strong> Interested individuals can submit their applications by sending a cover letter along with a resume or CV, graduation certificate (including grades), and any relevant work certificates via email to: <a class=\"\" href=\"mailto:chiaslaos@gmail.com\" target=\"_bank\" rel=\"noopener\">chiaslaos@gmail.com<\/a>.
