\nSAEDA (Sustainable Agriculture & Environment Development Association) is seeking qualified candidates for the external final evaluation of the “Project on support to farmers’ organizations in biological farming and marketing (PACCA)” in 10 districts of Xiengkhouang and Vientiane provinces.
\n\ud83c\udf31 Project Overview \ud83c\udf31
\nThe PACCA project aims to improve the well-being of rural upland farmers through climate-resilient agroecological development for 48 Farmer Organizations. It is a collaboration between SAEDA, government agencies, and funded by Bread for the World (BftW\/BMZ) and other contributors.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udcdd Key Responsibilities \ud83d\udcdd<\/p>\n
Assess project relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability
\nReview project methodologies and evaluate the implementation course
\nHighlight lessons learned and provide recommendations for improvement
\nSubmit evaluation reports to stakeholders
\n\ud83d\udd0d Qualifications \ud83d\udd0d<\/p>\n
Lao national or foreigner based in Laos with proficiency in Lao language
\nExpertise in rural development, agriculture, nutrition, environment, food security, etc.
\nMinimum 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of community development projects
\nStrong English writing skills
\nWillingness to travel to rural mountainous communities
