We empower communities, especially at the grassroots level, through projects like Safe Motherhood, ICARE, Youth Empowerment, and Nutrition 1000 Days. In partnership with IPPF\/MSI, PFHA is launching the <strong>RESPOND Project<\/strong> to enhance sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for ethnic minority girls and young women in Louangnamtha and Borkeo Provinces.<\/p>\n<p>About the Role<\/p>\n<p class=\"break-words\">We\u2019re seeking a <strong>Technical Program Officer (TPO)<\/strong> to provide technical expertise and leadership for the RESPOND Project.
