The three-year project (2024\u20132027) aims to strengthen the integration and decentralization of people-centred primary healthcare (PHC) services for HIV, TB, and malaria in Bokeo Province through the <em data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1020\">Integrated People-Centred Health System Strengthening Model (IPC-HSSM)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1391\">The Community Health and Inclusion Association (CHIAs) will serve as Sub-recipient, coordinating closely with the Department of Communicable Disease Control (DCDC), Principal Recipient (PR).
