GIZ is now inviting interested local CSOs to submit their project proposals for the CEGGA II Small Grants Mechanism. The proposed projects shall clearly benefit local communities and fit under at least one of the five thematic areas
Additionally, all proposed projects shall address at least one of the four cross-cutting topics
The CEGGA II Small Grants Mechanism combines capacity development and small grant support to enhance capacity of Lao CSOs in contributing to national development. CEGGA II Small Grant projects are awarded between 10.000-30.000 EUR for an implementation period of 12-18 months and receive complementary capacity development and support services throughout the process.
To be eligible for a CEGGA Small Grant, Lao CSOs must be registered under Decree 238, have adequate accounting capacity, have a vision for development, and be willing to commit to learning and capacity development. Project proposals shall be submitted in Lao or English language.

Please submit your soft file project proposals by 1 May 2023 via email to cegga-smallgrants@giz.de (preferred) or hard copy to GIZ CEGGA Office at Watnak Nyai Rd, Unit 23, Watnak Noy Village, Sisattanak District, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR.
