Vision
We aspires to be a leading organization contributing to the comprehensive and sustainable development of Lao society, particularly in local, rural, and remote areas, to create opportunities and ensure that Lao children, especially ethnic children residing in remote areas, have widespread and equitable access to quality education.
Mission

Main Goal
1. Actively support the development of Lao PDR, particularly in regions that remain underdeveloped.
2. Increase access to quality education for children especially ethnic children in remote areas by building and improving schools and providing essential learning materials.
3. Improve health and living standards in target communities through public health initiatives and social welfare programs.
4. Contribute to the construction of essential infrastructure such as roads and irrigation systems to create favourable conditions for local development.
