To empower ethnic minority women and youth in Laos by expanding their access to information, education, and economic opportunities, and creating safe, inclusive spaces where they can build confidence, skills, and resilience.

– Education and Skills Development: Life skills, job readiness, soft skills training, vocational and scholarship support.
– Inclusive Livelihood and Job Access: Career mentorship, My Dream Job initiative, job market linkages.
– Healthy and Resilient Communities: Health promotion and peer support networks.
