The Sustainable Rural Livelihoods Association (SRLA), known in Lao as “ສະມາຄົມວິຖີຊີວິດຊົນນະບົດແບບຍືນຍົງ” (SCSY), is a non-profit association established on April 25, 2025. The association operates nationwide and is under the supervision of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
