The 2025 UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women and Girls (UN Trust Fund EVAW) is now OPEN for applications from 18 September to 19 November 2025.

Why this matters

This Call for Proposals responds to the urgent need for long-term, flexible support that strengthens the resilience and sustainability of frontline women’s organizations to persist, adapt, and lead change in the face of growing challenges.

Who can apply

  • Women’s and girls’ rights organizations

  • Women-led and constituent-led organizations

  • Small grassroots organizations

πŸ“Œ Applications from these groups are strongly encouraged and will be prioritized.

Focus areas

The Call welcomes proposals that:

  • Address violence against structurally marginalized women and girls

  • Work on prevention, services, and legislation

  • Strengthen the resilience of civil society organizations

  • Grant size: USD 150,000 – 800,000 (over four years)

  • Eligibility: Civil society organizations in countries listed on the OECD DAC ODA-eligible list
