Background
Vision
underprivileged people in Lao PDR will increase their access to better living conditions through the efficient use of existing environmental resources in their communities.
Main Goal
In order to assist these underprivileged populations, CDEA focuses on “working with people at a grassroots level to ultimately improve living standards and increase income generation”.
