1. Promote and preserve Lao culture and traditions, support and publicize the rich cultural heritage of the Lao PDR both locally and globally to attract tourism and foster cultural pride.
2. Encourage cultural awareness and unity, inspire members, youth, and society to value and preserve the unique traditions of all ethnic groups in Lao PDR.
3. Strengthen community solidarity, mobilize members and communities to support one another during times of illness, death, marriage, and natural disasters.
