1. Rural residents, both male and female, will enhance their knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and state regulations, take ownership in implementing environmental conservation work, income-generating activities for families and society, and escape poverty.
2. Take ownership in participating in vaccination work, nutrition, and health maintenance.
3. Children of school age, both male and female, will have equal opportunities to attend school according to the targets set by the Ministry of Education and Sports, and infrastructure will be improved and developed.
4. Residents will improve their knowledge of state regulations, participate in combating and preventing illegal logging and forest destruction, and promote the conservation and replanting of trees in watershed and degraded forest areas.
5. Residents in the target group will have access to techniques in planting, raising livestock, and services, have employment, sufficient food security, stable income, and improved living standards.
