Meeting on the Organization of the 2024 Annual CSO-Government Meeting

On February 3, 2025, the Lao Civil Society Organizations Coordination Committee (LCCC) and the Department of Public Administration Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, held a meeting at the Lao CSO Meeting Room in Vientiane Capital. The meeting was co-chaired by Mr. Kouyang Chuepor, Deputy Director General of the Public Administration Development Department, and Dr. Chansy Phimphachanh, Chair of the Lao Civil Society Organizations Coordination Committee.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the organization of the 2024 annual meeting between Civil Society Organizations and the government, along with the division of tasks and assignment of responsibilities according to roles. The meeting was attended by relevant technical staff and representatives from seven civil society organization sectors.

The meeting was supported by Citizen Engagement for Good Governance, Accountability and the Rule of Law (CEGGA II).
