Meeting to prepare for the 2023 CSO Fair in the central-southern region

On January 30-31, 2024, the 2023 Civil Society Organization (CSO) Fair planning committee held a meeting to prepare for the 2023 CSO Fair in the central-southern region. The meeting took place in the meeting room of Khammouan Province's Department of Home Affairs. It was chaired by Dr. Chansy Phimphachan, LCCC Chairperson, and Ms. Keodaly Luangxaymungkhoun, Deputy Director of Khammouan Province's Department of Home Affairs.

Attendees included representatives of associations that have implemented projects in Khammouan Province, donors from the GIZ organization, officials from relevant provincial departments, and civil servants.
The purpose of the meeting was to present the goals for the 2023 CSO Fair and discuss and determine the exhibition content, location design, advertising plan, participant identification, and budget allocation. The CSO works exhibition is scheduled to be held in early March 2024

CEGGA is funded by Switzerland, Germany and the European Union, and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft fรผr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in cooperation with the Ministries of Home Affairs and Justice, the National Assembly, and the Lao CSO Coordination Committe
