On October 17th and 18th, 2023, the planning committee for the 2023 Lao CSO Fairs, chaired by LCCC's Dr. Chansy Phimphachan, traveled to Luang Prabang to finalize preparations for the upcoming provincial exhibitions. They met with representatives from the Luang Prabang Department of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA), and local CSOs to plan the event together. This included deciding on ways to exhibit CSOs' outputs and products from the northern region, as well as the place and time. In the evening of the 17th, the committee held a meeting to brief donors on the progress of preparations. The next morning, on October 18th, Dr. Phimphachan participated in a provincial meeting organized by MoHA concerning the implementation of Decree 238.
