ເງື່ອນໄຂສຳລັບຜູ້ສະໝັກເຂົ້າຮ່ວມກອງປະຊຸມເວທີພາກປະຊາຊົນອາຊຽນ 2024 Criteria for selection Lao CSO’s participants to attend ACSC/APF 2024 ACSC/APF ແມ່ນກອງປະຊຸມເວທີພາກປະຊາຊົນອາຊຽນ ເປັນເວທີເປີດໃຫ້ບັນດາອົງການຈັດຕັ້ງສັງຄົມໃນອາຊີຕາເວັນອອກສຽງໃຕ້ ປະກອບມີ 11 ປະເທດເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ, ໄດ້ມີການແລກປ່ຽນໂດຍກົງລະຫວ່າງອົງການຈັດຕັ້ງສັງຄົມດ້ວຍກັນ. ຈຸດປະສົງແມ່ນເພື່ອສ້າງຄວາມສາມັກຄີເປັນປຶກແຜ່ນ ແລະ ຮວບຮວມເອົາສຽງ ແລະ ຂໍ້ສະເໜີແນະຕ່າງໆຈາກອົງບັນດາການຈັດຕັ້ງສັງຄົມ ແລະ ປະຊາຊົນອາຊຽນ ເຂົ້າໃນຖະແຫຼງການເພື່ອນຳສະເໜີຕໍ່ໃຫ້ບັນດາຜູ້ນຳປະເທດອາຊຽນ ເພື່ອຄົ້ນຄວ້າພິຈາລະນາແກ້ໄຂບັນຫາໃຫ້ທ່ວງທັນກັບສະພາບການຕົວຈິງທີ່ເກີດຂຶ້ນຢູ່ໃນສັງຄົມຂອງ 10 ປະເທດອາຊຽນ. ເງື່ອນໄຂຂອງຜູ່ສະໝັກມີລາຍລະອຽດດັ່ງລູ່ມນີ້: 1 ເປັນພົນລະເມືອງລາວທີ່ມາຈາກ ອົງການຈັດຕັ້ງສັງຄົມຕ່າງໆເຊັ່ນ: ສະມາຄົມ, ມູນນິທິ ແລະ ອື່ນໆທີມີຄວາມສົນໃຈເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ ທັງຢູ່ນະຄອນຫຼວງ ແລະ ຕ່າງແຂວງ (ຕ້ອງມີທະບຽນຖືກຕ້ອງຕາມລະບຽບ ແລະ ກົດໝາຍ). 2 ເປັນຜູ້ທີ່ມີຄວາມສາມາດໃນການສື່ສານ ແລະ ເຂົ້າໃຈພາສາອັງກິດດີສົມຄວນ. 3 ເປັນຜູ້ທີ່ມີຄວາມເຂົ້າໃຈກ່ຽວກັບວຽກງານຂອງອົງການຈັດຕັ້ງສັງຄົມ ແລະ ເວທີພາກປະຊາຄົມອາຊຽນ. 4 ເປັນຜູ້ທີ່ສາມາດສະຫຼະເວລາເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ […]
