The AFD just published a new call for projects for CSOs and Lao CSOs are eligible to apply.

The call for expressions of intent is open until Monday, May 15, 2023 (no later than 6 p.m.). The submission of projects must be done online via the Oscar portal.
The terms of these calls for proposals as well as all the supporting documents are available on the Agence Française de Développement website.
