SAEDA (Sustainable Agriculture & Environment Development Association) is seeking qualified candidates for the external final evaluation of the “Project on support to farmers’ organizations in biological farming and marketing (PACCA)” in 10 districts of Xiengkhouang and Vientiane provinces.
🌱 Project Overview 🌱
The PACCA project aims to improve the well-being of rural upland farmers through climate-resilient agroecological development for 48 Farmer Organizations. It is a collaboration between SAEDA, government agencies, and funded by Bread for the World (BftW/BMZ) and other contributors.

📝 Key Responsibilities 📝

Assess project relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability
Review project methodologies and evaluate the implementation course
Highlight lessons learned and provide recommendations for improvement
Submit evaluation reports to stakeholders
🔍 Qualifications 🔍

Lao national or foreigner based in Laos with proficiency in Lao language
Expertise in rural development, agriculture, nutrition, environment, food security, etc.
Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of community development projects
Strong English writing skills
Willingness to travel to rural mountainous communities
