Community Health and Inclusion Association ( CHIAs) is currently seeking to fill three field staff positions in Vientiane Province. CHA’s primary focus revolves around fostering community engagement, promoting gender equality, addressing gender roles, and combating violence and discrimination against individuals impacted by various diseases, particularly women and children.

👉 Eligibility Requirements for Applicants:

•  Applicants should hold Laotian nationality, with individuals hailing from specific regions (Vieng Kham, Phonhong, and Vang Vieng in Vientiane Province) receiving special consideration.
  Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in medicine or social work will be given preference.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in development work and social volunteering is required.
  Proficiency in communication, coordination, MS Office, and email usage is essential.
  Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to travel within the city, to targeted villages, and other provinces for meetings, training, and monitoring purposes.
  Desired qualities include a sense of responsibility, strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and a commitment to ethical conduct.
