To strengthen smart and sustainable agricultural practices among local farmers in rural areas by promoting local innovation, improving productivity, and supporting biocomposting using locally available resources.
Mission

Main Goal
1. Provide capacity building to small farmers in the approach of smart agriculture practices (organic) to produce quality local products and obtain accredited organic certification for higher value domestic and international markets.
2. Provide informal vocational training to poor women of the ethnic groups from rural areas.
3. Building awareness among youth and children to protect the environment of their communities.
