Vision
1. To promote education, particularly by providing scholarships, supporting educational materials, and renovating schools that are in poor condition.
2. To promote and create job opportunities for disadvantaged Lao people of various ethnic groups who are facing hardships.
3. As well as providing assistance to those affected by natural disasters such as cold spells, droughts, floods, and others, depending on the capabilities of the association.
