1. Increase climate resilience of key economic sectors and natural resources to climate change vulnerabilities and impacts and ensure that community and stakeholders committed to implementation.
2. Increase basic technical knowledge for communities and ethnic women in remote and rural areas communities to collaborate and engage in effective policy dialogue related to climate change, gender based violence and poverty reduction at the community, local and national level.
3. Enhance and support youth participation and inclusion within communities to build the future hand in hand with adults and village leadership, as the majority of the population of Laos is under 19 years if age.
4. Community-led reduction of Migration Push factors through improved livelihood, food security and social well-being with a special focus on Big Brother and Sister youth mentoring program.
