ກອງປະຊຸມພົບປະລະຫວ່າງອົງການຈັດຕັ້ງລັດ ກັບ ອົງການຈັດຕັ້ງສັງຄົມລາວຂັ້ນແຂວງຫຼວງພະບາງ ປະຈຳປີ 2024

ວັນທີ 14 ມີນາ 2025 ທີ່ຫ້ອງປະຊຸມສະພາປະຊາຊົນແຂວງຫຼວງພະບາງ ໄດ້ຈັດກອງປະຊຸມພົບປະລະຫວ່າງອົງການຈັດຕັ້ງລັດ ກັບ ອົງການຈັດຕັ້ງສັງຄົມລາວຂັ້ນແຂວງ ປະຈຳປີ 2024 ພາຍໃຕ້ການເປັນປະທານຂອງທ່ານ ບຸນສົມ ຄຸນມະນີ, ຄະນະປະຈຳພັກແຂວງ, ປະທານແນວລາວສ້າງຊາດແຂວງຫຼວງພະບາງ.

ກອງປະຊຸມດັ່ງກ່າວ ໄດ້ຮັບກຽດຈາກ ທ່ານ ນາງ ເວຍເລິ ສະເມັດ, ຫົວໜ້າຝ່າຍການຮ່ວມມື, ສະຫະພາບເອີຣົບ ພ້ອມດ້ວຍທີມງານກະຊວງພາຍໃນ, ບັນດາພະແນກການຂັ້ນແຂວງ, ຂັ້ນເມືອງ-ນະຄອນ ແລະ ຜູ້ຕາງໜ້າຈາກສະມາຄົມ ແລະ ມູນນິທິຕ່າງໆ ລວມທັງໝົດ 85 ທ່ານ, ຍິງ 22 ທ່ານ.

ໃນກອງປະຊຸມ, ທ່ານ ສຸວັນທອນ ມະນີພັນ, ຫົວໜ້າພະແນກພາຍໃນແຂວງຫຼວງພະບາງ ໄດ້ລາຍງານຜົນສຳເລັດໃນໄລຍະປີ 2023-2024 ເຊິ່ງໄດ້ຈັດກອງປະຊຸມເຜີຍແຜ່ນິຕິກຳກ່ຽວກັບສະມາຄົມໃນ 5 ເມືອງ ແລະ 1 ນະຄອນ ພາຍໃຕ້ການສະໜັບສະໜູນຈາກອົງການ GIZ.

ຜົນງານພົ້ນເດັ່ນ ແມ່ນສະມາຄົມຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອເຊິ່ງກັນ ແລະ ກັນ ສາມາດຍາດແຍ່ງທຶນຈາກສາກົນໄດ້ 2 ໂຄງການສຳຄັນ: (1) ໂຄງການສ້າງຄວາມເຂັ້ມແຂງໃຫ້ຊາວໜຸ່ມຜູ້ດ້ອຍໂອກາດ ມູນຄ່າ 500 ລ້ານກີບ ແລະ (2) ໂຄງການສົ່ງເສີມກະສິກຳທັນສະໄໝ ມູນຄ່າ 1.5 ລ້ານໂດລາ.

ໃນຕອນທ້າຍ, ທ່ານປະທານໄດ້ເນັ້ນໜັກໃຫ້ພາກລັດເພີ່ມທະວີການຄຸ້ມຄອງ, ຕິດຕາມ ແລະ ອຳນວຍຄວາມສະດວກໃຫ້ແກ່ສະມາຄົມ, ພ້ອມທັງປັບປຸງການປະສານງານລະຫວ່າງພາກລັດ ແລະ ສະມາຄົມໃຫ້ມີປະສິດທິພາບຍິ່ງຂຶ້ນ. ສຳລັບສະມາຄົມ ແລະ ມູນນິທິຕ່າງໆ ແມ່ນຕ້ອງເຄື່ອນໄຫວຕາມພາລະບົດບາດ, ປະສານງານກັບພາກລັດ ແລະ ເອົາໃຈໃສ່ການຕໍ່ທະບຽນໃຫ້ຖືກຕ້ອງຕາມລະບຽບກົດໝາຍ.
