    capacity in term of management of ecology, social and environmental security.

Job Description

Green Community Alliance (GCA) is Lao local non-profit association; we are working as promoting the legal rights of local people on sustainable natural resources management “land and forest” GCA is registered and approved by law.

Now our slots of opportunity for new generation are opening again for someone who might interested on working with local communities with frequency traveling inside and aboard.

Position: Project Technical Assistant (4 position)

Job Schedule: Full-time. Located: Vientiane Capital with frequency traveling domestic and onboards (work from home and cafe are available)

Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Associate will work under direct supervision of the executive director.

Summary of Key Functions:

  • Provide project management support and update methodology,
  • Designed and updated the legal medias materials and tools kit for fields work.
  • Designed and update social media system and data base updating.
  • Management and monitoring of project activities

Provide project management support:

  • Ensure compliance with procedures frameworks, including by learning and applying donors’ Programmed and Operations Policies and Procedures
  • Assist formulation and design of the programmed and preparation and revision of project Annual Work Plans including preparation of budget estimates and budget revisions.
  • Provide regular analysis on project’s operational performance including activity issues/risks, budget resources and expenditures, procurement, assets, and recruitment.  Identify operational issues and proposes innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Higher Diploma or Master Degree on Computer Engineering, Social Sciences, Environmental Development or Related Fields,
  • Understanding the Context of Good Governance and Sustainable Development Goals with Social Equity Perspectives.
  • Strongly understanding financial management skills (transparency & accountability skills)
  • Communication Skills with Smart Mechanism for Social Movements,

Experience  

  • Experiences with Government Agencies or INGOs on web-based management systems and others.
  • Graphic Designed and Geography Methodology with AI Applicable.
  • Highly competent in using computers and office software packages.
  • Familiar with Contents Making and Using Drone and Other Technology.
  • Experienced on working with social works and foundations will be prioritize.
