On November 7-8, 2023, the 2023 CSO Fair planning committee held a meeting at Le Bel Air Resort in Luang Prabang, Laos. The provincial-level meeting was attended by associations, foundations that have implemented projects in Luang Prabang, and representatives from the Deutsche Gesellschaft fรผr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
The purpose of the meeting was twofold. First, the committee discussed the draft format and layout for the CSO Fair. Second, they detailed the event agenda including determining the activity schedule, delineating team roles and responsibilities, selecting participating CSOs, and designing the venue.
