Lao Development of Human Resources in Rural Areas Association (LaoDHRRA) is seeking a skilled Accountant to manage our financial operations efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Strong skills in financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)

• Budget preparation and monitoring

• Cash handling and bank reconciliation

• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance

• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks

• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation tools)
