About Us
The Biodiversity Landscape Fund (BLF), in collaboration with SNV and Agro-Forestry Development Consultant Co., Ltd. (AFDC), works to protect biodiversity, reduce poverty, and tackle climate change in transboundary landscapes. Our project in Attapeu focuses on sustainable livelihoods, biodiversity conservation, and the sustainable use of natural resources in the Nam Kong Protection Forest.
Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Field Coordinator to work closely with local stakeholders and implement project activities in Phouvong and Sanamxay districts.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with partners and local governments.
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Lead community participatory planning and ensure gender-inclusive implementation.
• Facilitate farmer training and sustainable agricultural practices.
• Support micro-enterprise development and zero-deforestation value chains.
• Maintain proper project documentation and financial compliance.
• Promote learning and reflection within the project team.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Agronomy, Forestry, or a related field.
• Experience in agricultural value chains, forest management, and community livelihoods.
• Proficiency in English and Lao; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with GESI, FPIC, and safeguarding practices.
