Aiming to achieve large scale positive impacts and changes through alternative livelihood development programmes that create sustainable
employment and improve incomes, DECA has come to formulate its institutional mission which is to empower vulnerable groups in the
communities, including women, young people and children, building the knowledge of environmental protection and sustainably mobilising natural resources for poverty reduction.

Main Goal

Empowering vulnerable groups of people in rural communities especially ethnic groups,young people and women with limited access to resources for economic empowerment.

Target Group 

Ethnic groups, women, youth, disadvantaged people
