Lao Child and Youth Development Association (LaoCYDA) envisions to promote children’s rights, develop all children and youth in Laos reach their full potential in an inclusive society, regardless of gender, ethnicity, disability, and socio-economic background.

ພາລະກິດLaoCYDA’s mission is to empower the holistic development of Lao children and youth by ensuring their access to quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities. We foster leadership, digital literacy, and environmental stewardship while promoting child and youth participation, advocacy, and youth-led initiatives through strategic partnerships with government, communities, and development partners.

Goal

The goal of LaoCYDA is to develop Lao children and youth nationwide through programs aimed at promoting health and quality education, developing life skills for children and youth in various fields, protecting children from violence, and contribute to the implementation of the national youth and adolescent development strategy. This includes preparing youth for careers and turning them into active contributors to society.
